Denville resident Doug Palen is well known for putting together some funky bikes. He built this one for one of his kids that may not fully comprehend the majesty of a Doug Palen build, so we bought it off him. 24" french mixte frame with Tourney groupset, and all sorts of little upgrades and touches throughout. We have had fun just riding it in the parking lot. The discerning 9 year old in your life will surely love it. Also there just aren't that many drop bar bikes in 24".
